Shipping policy

We offer three delivery options:

1. Tracked delivery via Royal Mail
2. Collection in store (Local Pickup)
3. Local delivery (for addresses within 5 miles of Pontefract)

In all cases we aim to have orders available for collection or dropped off with Royal Mail on the next working day after the order date. Please note that parcels dropped off with Royal Mail take a few hours (up to 24) for receipt to be acknowledged.

For delivery via Royal Mail there are two options for you to select:

1. Tracked48, delivery target two working days from date of receipt by Royal Mail - cost £4.95
2. Tracked24, delivery target one working day from date of receipt by Royal Mail - cost £7.95

For order values over £100 shipping via the Tracked 48 service is free but can be upgraded to Tracked24 for £3.00.

Tracking details will be emailed to you on shipment of your order.
